Who’s excited for the first Roebling division? I know 624 is:D
Team 8 is excited to play in the first ever Roebling division. There appear to be a number of strong fuelbots (1574, 973 to name a couple), but this division appears to excel in gears.
We will be looking to form a scouting alliance within the Roebling division. Stay on the lookout for a thread in the next few days.
Here are my “power rankings” for teams using the same metrics I’ve been using for FRCTop25 the past few weeks.
Note: Due to the bracketed scoring of rotors, gear contribution is generally underestimated (especially when gear power exceeds 4). Also, the “Combined Power” is clearly arbitrary and is just a baseline for comparing teams, so I use two metrics.
Combined power = (gearContribution / maxGearContribution) + (fuelContribution / maxFuelContribution)

Thanks for the data! This will helpful in scoping out the competition.
How is gearContribution calculated? It seems to differ from the direct Calculated Contribution of scored gears found in the Team 4536 database.
It’s slightly different from the 4535 database because it also slightly factors in previous events. Not sure which is more accurate, it’s just what TBA calculates so I pulled those numbers.

2403 is excited to be coming to the Roebling division as well!
I hope to see a pretty competitive division here, compared to some of the other divisions this looks pretty balanced.
Wow I can’t believe my team is second on that power list. That is pretty cool . Can’t wait to see you guys there.
Definitely excited to be one of the first teams ever to play on Roebling.
So we are a relatively small team (only 12 students), and trying to scout the 66 teams in the division will probably be a very hard task, and result in incomplete data etc. Are there any teams that are willing to team up with scouting, and share scouting data?
Team 2642 is extremely excited to play in this division! A lot of good competitive bots!
Yeah! This should be fun. 1011, it’ll be awesome to see you guys.
Also we are definitely in setting up group scouting or something to split up scouting. We would love to share and data with another team

Team 8 will be forming a scouting alliance where we will open up our app to a small subset of other teams to split the load. We will be making a post with more details later tonight.
5026 Iron Panthers is so excited to be part of Roebling Division. Houston is going to so fun!!! Can’t wait

It’s going to be a great competition! I can’t wait! 6325 is going to surprise you guys!
Team 8 is looking to form a Roebling scouting alliance with 2 - 5 other teams. chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=157803 for more details
Team 973 is excited to compete in Roebling!
Below I’ve attached a document for teams to input specific information about their robot, link a photo, reveal video, and a few matches. If you have any questions, are confused what to put, etc feel free to ask.
A few claricifications
-PASSIVE means the HP has to pull the gear out of your robot and ACTIVE means the robot places the gear on its own. FLOOR is pretty self-explanatory.
-Any traction wheel that is not a roughtop tread wheel is classified as COLSON for this sheet (including KOP).
-MiniCIMS count as CIMS for drive purposes (4CIM + 2 MiniCIM = 6CIM)
Good luck and we’ll see you in Houston!
624 won the Greater Kansas City Regional. They didn’t win Hub City but they received the Chairman’s Award there.
Team 4276 is excited to see you all in Houston and help make the Roebling Division one of the most exciting divisions to watch at Champs!
