2017 WRRF Fall Workshops | Sept. 2nd @ Santa Clara Univ. (CA)

Western Region Robotics Forum invites teams in Northern California to come to our fall (late summer) workshops this year, presented by FRC teams 8, 100, 254, 299, 604, 668, 846, 1868, 1967, & 3501 and hosted by Santa Clara University on Saturday Sept 2nd from 8:00a-4:30p!

We’re particularly excited to be hosting some new sessions relating to artificial intelligence, control theory, human-computer interaction, patent law, and ROS, while still maintaining a wide range of intro- and intermediate-geared sessions on FRC fundamentals such as mechanics, electronics, programming, SolidWorks, pneumatics, team leadership & more.

You can find an overview below - check out the full session descriptions and sign up here by 8/31!

Please note these workshops will unfortunately not be recorded due to insufficient volunteer availability and equipment.

Let us know if you have any questions and hope to see you there!

Reminder that the signup deadline for this event is this Thursday afternoon (8/31)! We still have plenty of space in many of the sessions so come join us (and help us to not have to cancel sessions due to low attendance)

If you miss the post till after the deadline though, we do accept walk-ins.

Are there plans to record these talks? Some of them look really interesting!

Unfortunately not this time. :frowning: As I wrote in the OP:

Thanks for the enthusiasm though!
