I’m guessing this is a placeholder for where the real 2018 manual will reside, starting Saturday.
Until then, it’s better than a Rick Roll.
Side note: I thoroughly enjoyed this, and sent Frank a note w/ a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card to send to the person who did this. (As cold as it’s going to be up there, it’s the least I could do.)
As far as a placeholder goes… They didn’t put a placeholder in for the encrypted file, so I’m going to go with “good troll”.
