Wondering if anyone knows when the award notifications about this year’s Boeing Grant will be released. We need to pay entry fees to FIRST, but we haven’t heard on grant status as of yet.
I don’t remember getting a notification, the money just showed up in the account.
So have you recieved this year’s grant award?
I received an email back in September that the grant was in my FIRST account (email from FIRST).

Congrats on getting the grant. We haven’t heard anything yet. From what we understood from our Boeing mentor the deadline was September 30 to submit for the grant, so maybe we will still hear some positive news.
I think I remember hearing from a Boeing employee that they’re a bit backlogged on grants right now. Early submissions got processed faster.
That’s odd. We submitted our form within the first few days of the grant being open in August…
Maybe I just needed to be more patient. We got notified about being approved today.
I just received a Boeing email today that my team was approved for the Boeing grant. So, it seems the official Boeing email is being sent to everyone which isn’t tied to when the funds are received since we already got ours.
Speaking that, I just got an email from our Boeing mentor that we got approved today as well.
So… Boeing reads CD too?
