2019 2614 Code Release

Hello all,
Here is 2614s robot code for 2019: https://github.com/iamr2003/2614_2019_Robot_Code

Uses the same code architecture as our 2018 code, writing to all subsystems in timed tasks using notifiers(a variation of what is sometimes called “Command and Control”). Written to control Marvin XII, which features the subsystems of:
-swerve drivebase
-3 sets of elevators(1 up and 2 down) for climbing
-a dual intake for both hatches and disks, mounted on an arm

Specific automation present in:
-1 button universal button for intake/outtake of all pieces
-auto-zeroing of swerve modules if they get misaligned during the match
