We have read all the COTS elevator posts we could find but would appreciate any reviews for teams with similar abilities to ours (low/mid resources, low/mid skill levels, CNC mill we’re just learning to use).
Specifically, we are interested in the following.
Ease of assembly and tuning (getting it to work).
Total cost (some come with more parts than others)
Able to do 2 stage (can’t figure out if the AM one can)
Weight (would love to keep it in allowance)
Durablity
