While it sucks that there is ANOTHER tech foul in the game, I think that without this there would be some pretty ugly battles around the control panel during elims. Red tries to hold the control panel so blue can’t turn it, blue drives under trench to hit red and draw a tech foul, but they’re then violating C8… endless discussions about intent and initiation of contact will ultimately clog the ? box at events.
Violation: In Qualification MATCHES,opponents are awarded one (1) SHIELD GENERATOR ENERGIZED Ranking Point if not completed at the conclusion of the MATCH.In Playoff MATCHES, TECH FOUL.
