Yes, 234 and 1555 won EI for the Indiana State Championship (and 1741 won Chairman’s).

Is there something like this but for FIM DCMP? I know the event is soon, but an instant notification would be cool.

Full district championship support is still on the roadmap, but I do have an alpha version of the site just for Michigan DCMP: michigan.divisions.co
Initial divisions are out, but a lot of additions are still to come. To find out what teams are added to divisions over time, keep an eye on this page: History | FRC Division Notifier

Quick update- to help prepare for the impending division updates, a browser-based push notification will now be sent every time a team is added or removed from a division.
Just make sure “Push notifications enabled” is displayed on each device you’d like to be notified on:
Click this button again to disable notifications.
Does the michigan champs version of this no longer exist? Just tried the url listed, but it doesn’t work.

Correct, there is no support for district divisions this year unfortunately. It’s still on my list but I’ve been working on other projects recently
