Or 1756 and 4415! This is a very deep division with more teams to come.

I’m hoping we see 254-1619 this year at Einstein

As long as your robot doesn’t snap in half, I think 254 + 1771 run away with this division

One word. 1771.

Really happy to see my team 1477 on the notable teams list but 1771 is easily one of the best teams out there this year. I see a 1771+254 top alliance

Am I finally gonna get my wish of 254 and 118 in a playoff alliance together haha?

I’m super pumped to be with 254 and can’t wait for quals. One way or another it’s gonna be exciting the whole time.

3476 is really excited to compete in Galileo with everyone! We put together a small video with our regional performance and small improvements we made for champs. Hope to see y’all there!

Controversial statement alert: there should be a discount placed on some of the teams’ OPRs. Not all districts play hard defense … 1771 and 2974 battled to get their numbers as high as they are. With all due respect to 254.

Can you show off some examples of this tough defense? Just from a quick look at what I would expect to be the most defensive/competitive match of the season (Peachtree CMP Finals 1), 1771 had a blue robot touching their bumper for < 5 seconds and 2974 had about 12 seconds of defense played on them cumulatively through the match. Will be helpful for our scouting data so thanks in advance!

No doubt that 1771 has a very accurate and smooth shot, but I also noticed this. I didn’t dig too much further than PCH finals matches but just was curious about how their top level play, but was struck about how little defensive contact they seemed to draw at that point.

edit: The reason I had interest was after facing 1619 Up-a-Creek, I wondered how they should do in the division, and 1771 was above them in metrics. From what we’ve seen thus far, I think even considering defenses that the scoring of N. Gwinnett is legit, but I also wouldn’t count against 1619 keeping pace.
