Every year as I read through the new manual, I see that section on the schedule for Team Updates, and I picture that something like the following fictional conversation must have happened again at FIRST HQ while they were reviewing and writing the new manual:
“So, we’re following our usual Tuesday and Friday through build season, and then just Tuesdays again through competition season, right?”
“Yeah, that sounds good.”
“And we’re sticking with getting them out before 5 pm? We’re not going to be staying and working late every time again this year that we need to publish one, right?”
“…”
In all seriousness, I hope all at FIRST HQ are well, and that it isn’t late due to someone having an emergency health problem or the like come up.

FYI, now this is out, this means there is a MANDATORY image update. The kickoff roboRIO image is not legal for competition use. This will also require at least WPILib 2022.3.1.
