To everyone that was watching via the stream, I want to apologize for the stream being choppy. We were having Internet issues that required us to power the stream via a hotspot. But don’t worry, I do have a local recording of the events and will upload them when I find the time!
Again, thank you everyone for another amazing STEM Gals and NTX! Hope to see you all again next year!
Thanks to much to all the host teams and volunteers! The 1296/3310 space is very cool. The North Texas volunteer base is really fantastic, and all the teams were fun to play with. Thanks for having us Oklahomans in the mix! We brought a ton of rookies and they learned a lot about FRC, which was our major goal for the weekend. Also, a huge thank-you to our two-event alliance partners 5572 ROSBOTS for being so much fun to play with and showing so much spirit. We’re still a relatively new team (2022 founding year despite old number) and trying to build a spirited team culture, so your example was really great for them to see. And additional thanks to 457 and 9105 for being great playoff partners in the two events as well, and to 1296/2714 for adopting our rookie robot-in-a-weekend bot for the STEMGals playoffs!
We hope to be back next year, and hopefully at some other Texas offseason events as well if the timing works out. We’re really trying to get one going in OKC but that is an uphill battle since we aren’t affiliated with a school, ourselves.
Thanks to all the volunteers and staff who made both events happen!
Jaguar Robotics had a blast at 1296/3310’s wonderful space. We learned a ton, and the event has certainly made us better for 2025. The playoff structure was especially fun, and created 8 competitive alliances. Thanks to 6369 and 3676 for inviting us to compete in playoffs!
I just want to let everyone know, all of the 3 camera angles are unfortunately not synced up. I tried to sync them up but they kept going out of sync. The problems with network cameras.
