Nothing super notable here so don’t listen to any of the “funny” people who say otherwise…
I mean, I’m sure that there were dozens of us waiting with baited breath since Kickoff to kind out whether the WING zone included the tape or not. (I assumed that it probably was intended to just based on their usual pattern, but it seemed like an odd omission.)
Good of them to call out the Servo Power Module requirements and to specifically allow tape covers. The addition of “initial, complete” in G303, seems unneeded and slightly confusing tbh.
Another team update and another week where the unlimited motor exploit stays legal.
It’s not an exploit 254 is gonna pull up with 25 motors
It is honestly really frustrating that they are changing the notes to hard plastic due to availability. It totally ruins all of our tuning /s
This seems low?

I heard they were using essentially VTOL propellors and a pneumatic hover pad to fly up the speaker/climb thus maintaining 4 foot height rules relative to the chassis. Then the fully animatronic robot head uses 13 motors to mimic human likeness and epxression and bite down on the note as a secondary latching mechanism and handoff. Then the dual arms are 6 dof each totalling 25 without the drivetrain or shooter. The arms are just the intake and holding onto the chain.
Theres also a 3 dof gimbal of servos for each of the 16 limelights. They are placed in a halo around the chassis in a 8x2 angled pattern looking up and down. Then a custom fan for cooling the raspberry pi cluster.

you cannot forget the 25 HDD RAID they have as well, for storing all the video from the limelights.
Where does it state that the notes are going to be plastic
The /s is for sarcasm
Didn’t see the /s my b
I’m glad that the hovercraft exploit still isn’t fixed.
