2025 full REEF team version cut list?

Does anyone here have a cut list for a full REEF they can share? Specifically “Pipe Base TE-25350”

I know FIRST’s documentation shows what’s needed for 1 section, but not an optimized cut plan for all 6 sections of a single REEF.

I can make my own cut list if I need too, but with everything else on the go right now, I’m hoping I can benefit from someone else’s work here

Cutlist for 6 pipe base and 1 Coral Station I made for us. (The PVC cut sheet can vary based on your own design…) I will probably update the PVC cutlist when we figure out our new method for connecting them. You can also go in and see which parts to remove for just 6 pipe bases.
Any part number greater than 25012 is for the reef.

Not sure if 4481 has a cutlist to share for just the reef, but they made a full model that looks excellent.

Unfortunatelly, we did not create a full cut list for our field. We invited some alumni, parents, and friends to build the field and they used the FIRST official field in SolidWorks to determine the dimensions on the fly during building.

Here is a cut list I made for:

  • 6 pipe base sections
  • 1 processor
  • 1 coral station

I didn’t create a board by board cut list for the 2x4s because we are reusing what we can from the field elements we took apart from last season.

It uses 5 sheets of 1/2" plywood and one sheet of hardboard. I’m using hardboard instead of 1/4 plywood.

I also made the back uprights on the coral station longer in the 2x4 cut list so that we could add a roof over the slider. That roof is listed as part #099 on the hardboard.

The coral station should of asked for 1/4 inch plywood too.

It did call for plywood, but that isn’t what I’m using. The only thing on my hardboard cut that WASN’T supposed to be 1/4" plywood is part #358 which are the spacers for under the branches in the reef.

Did you cut the reefs a 1/8th shorter to accommodate the spacer?
Wouldn’t it raise the Reef up an 1/8th?

The spacer is supposed be cut from 1/8" hardboard which is what is in our cut list.

We are using 1/8" hardboard for a lot of other things as well which are supposed to be cut from 1/4" plywood. These are parts that the robot generally won’t touch: april tag holders, ramp on the coral station, etc.

In the case of the coral station slide, the shiny side of the hardboard will have a coefficient of friction closer to that of the plexiglass used on the competition field.
