I like that prototype: it picks up orbit balls and lifts them up high in one motion. Our team is having trouble with lifting our orbit balls into the prototype launching pieces we’ve made; we could use something like that. Good luck this build season!

Well looks like your team has been working very hard, very nice setup. this looks great. That sounds like a good list as far as the robot goes, and it’s great to hear that you’ve gotten so much accomplished already.
I’d like to add that there are things beyond the robot that you need for success at a competition, such as scouting, understanding the rules, and strategy. These are things you can work on after the robot

We just have 6 weeks to get the robot together. This is also the first time the NASA/VCU is during week 4, so we have time to get things together. We are planning on scouting the new DC regional live. We hope this gives us an idea of how the game is going to play out before we have to play it.
