Due to having a smaller team size this year, we are looking to form or join a scouting alliance for our competitions this year. so far it looks like we will have around 6-8 kids available to scout at our competitions. While this could be enough, I would prefer to not overwork our scout’s and have the quality of our data suffer.
We’ve grown accustomed to using our Gforms->Gsheets scouting system the past few years, and have already started the creation of one for this seasons. While we would prefer to use our own system, but we are open to using another team’s system for a scouting alliance.
If we would use our system, I am open to adding our changing the data collected and the formating, I would also be sharing all raw data and processed data we end up with. And would be sharing any materials created to train our scouts.
