2CAN reports "Robot is disabled. 2CAN is running successfully"

Yesterday we were having issues deploying LabVIEW code to our practice bot. Our practice bot utilizes a 2CAN and four Jaguars, this same code worked properly on our test board which was identically configured with exception to the number of Jaguars, the test board uses two (the code reflected this difference). We started with baby steps; checking the D-Link and verifying it’s configuration according to the documentation, then verified the cRIO version, and 2CAN version and its configuration for all four Jaguars. We then verified that the Jaguar cables (and all other cables) were correct. We checked and rechecked the code we were trying to deploy (running it against the test board) but were still not able to drive the motors on the practice bot. We then swapped out the practice bot 2CAN with the one from the test board, and we were then able to successfully drive the motors using the CAN network.

The one thing we noticed was the display in the 2CAN Web Dashboard, “Robot is disabled. 2CAN is running successfully”. Has anyone seen this particular message before? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the 2CAN firmware is a version for FRC. Version 2.21 is the Latest version for FRC. Also verify that the Jaguar firmware is also for FRC, version 101.bin.
