This was our last match of the day and we got 494 points.
To help clarify some questions earlier as well, I helped a lot with pilot strategy so hopefully I can help.
All three robots on our alliance of course had a gear autonomous, but very different speeds – almost every time, 1987 finished first, then us (5801), then 624. Whichever pilot grabbed the first gear would stick around instead of going to engage the first rotor, instead focusing on retrieving the third gear while the other pilot finished getting the second. They could then put one up on the first rotor while the other pilot had two gears in hand, able to put them on and get the second rotor started up, hopefully within autonomous.
We continued a similar strategy throughout the match in order to consistently get all four rotors spinning, not engaging the third until we had enough gears collected to do so, instead keeping them in a stack by the pilots in order to cut down on trips back and forth across the airship. Same for the fourth rotor. Not related to autonomoua either but we emphasised getting the fourth rotor turning over climbing if we only had one or two gears left in order to do so, as the 40 for a rotor and extra 100 for all four was more beneficial than two climbs.
We definitely hope to see some more teams getting it, and hopefully we can do it again at Champs.
