Student on team #118, Robonauts, from Clear Creek High School and NASA/JSC, SCTF/NBL, Lockheed Martin.
From what I have read it is legal to have 3 student robot controlers. Last years rules specifically said “(2 - ‘Robot Operators’,2 - ‘Coaches’, and 1 - ‘human player’).” For some reason this statement is absent from this years rules. Also last year rule GM13 stated that only “robot operators” can drive the robot. This year’s corresponding rule GM15 just says students. Same situation for the “human players”. So I hope I am interpreting this rule correctly, but if you can prove me wrong please do so. Thanks.
