3 Scale Cube Auto Club #3SCAC

Team Mean Machine made some huge strides in the autonomous department this weekend, and joined the #3ScaleCubeAutoClub or #3SCAC for sort.

I was just wondering who else is in the club, and I though CD might be able to help answer that question. This is who I have seen do it so far:

254 https://www.thebluealliance.com/match/2018casj_qf1m2
1114? (I’m having trouble finding a video.)

If you can think of someone to add please re copy the list and include a video link.

Note: This club is not for any three cube auto. (although that should probably be its own club) It’s for three cubes all on the scale during an official match.

2056 definitely ran one in quals at waterloo https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=19&v=er06IYjqVeE

Is 254 the only team that can currently put 3 cubes on the scale, given a starting position opposite of their scale side? Like setting up the robot on the left, but the scale gets chosen for the right side.

Every video linked above shows a robot starting on the same side as their randomly selected scale plate, which is easier to do in 15 seconds because there is less distance to drive.

4613 does 3 scale 1 switch.

I believe they are the only one at the moment. I imagine this group should expand goinging into the championships.

I’m not sure if Barker Redbacks have done a three cube in a match. I haven’t watched all of their matches. But if they have, please link the video.

We’re currently at 2.5… hoping to join the club this week at the District Championship :stuck_out_tongue:

I mean… does an accidental three cube auto count? In a practise match, my teams 2 cube auto managed to accidentally grab an extra cube when going for a second one from the pile.

Last night’s FunAlysis mentioned some teams that also had 3 cube. Most are already mentioned on this posting. I haven’t scouted for video evidence yet, but apparently SWAT has one (1806).

330 just joined the club at AVR: https://clips.twitch.tv/ViscousCogentHawkLitFam

2337 just hit a 3-cube nearside scale auto in Q7 at Forest Hills

To add to the list of their phenomenal auto modes, 1323 showed off a 3 cube scale auto at least once on practice day today.
Edit: Here’s a clip from quals

Easily my favorite robot this season.

2451 successfully ran a 3 cube auto during qualification matches this weekend at Midwest.

I believe they’re also the only team to have run a successful 3 cube auto that also has 3 event wins this year.

225 is also apart of that club.

330 joined the club at AVR. Here’s a clip:

For the first time ever, not only do two teams at an event have a 3 cube scale auto, but they both played it against each other in a quals match. Congrats to 1325 and 2056!

With their win at PNW DCMP, 2471 is also on this list (albeit not as impressive as three regionals)
