Can I ask why you are collecting telephone numbers and individual email addresses? I would suggest this to my students, but I’m not going to recommend they give up personal information (that I wouldn’t even really feel comfortable about saving/storing outside of official documents) to a stranger online.

Teams are working in subgroups to prepare the different seminars, so I can’t guarantee that all of them will also be recorded. I’ll keep you posted!
Hi, I understand your concern. I talked with Team 6429, who manages the project, and they need an email address per team to send the Zoom meeting link for the seminar. You can leave the phone number blank if that’s more comfortable for you.
