This is great! How exactly did you determine the shading for the heat maps? Was it just subjective sections off your assumptions or was there any quantitative analysis involved?
The heatmaps on the slides were just qualitative kickoff-week visuals, but later in the season, we calculated travel time between tons of grid-like position pairs with software

This is really cool! What software did you use for your maps?
Keynote → put it through a gaussian blur on photoshop → drop opacity and overlay
haha (honestly steps #2 & 3 are not useful they’re just aesthetically nice)

I love the shot difficulty map! We have a new driver this year and I think something like this would be perfect for helping explain shooting locations and risk levels of each!
