Yep, don’t have Excel on this machine so I threw the data into Sheets.

If @Connor_H can provide updated data I thought it would be neat to update the bubble chart with alliances shown in color.

I agree with @Richard_McCann here, I love these clean looking graphs, especially the bubble versions. I would love to learn how to make these.
