I’m pretty disappointed that they didn’t reveal anything about the robot. I’m not sure what would motivate them to not do a reveal. I hope it’s just that they don’t have enough footage or something.
No one knows about the status of the season, and if the upcoming 2021 season will reuse existing 2020 robots, or slightly modified 2020 robots, etc. Therefore it makes sense that they aren’t making their robot details public yet, just like quite a few other teams.
On the AMA, they specifically said that they haven’t posted anything due to lack of footage or access to the bot.
Well played, 971. Now that we know the game is being reused, I understand why they would choose to not reveal the robot.
