Reminding is nice, but not everyone will follow it.
The IRC room is readily available to those who wish to use it, until your room has some administration on it. It’s easy to embed and somewhat customize for your website. It might get too far out-of-hand before then.
Otherwise, it’s a good job, keep it up.
