For the past few years, ChiefDelphi.com has been bombarded with traffic immediately after the game reveal on Kickoff, causing the servers to become overloaded. However, this year, due to Brandon Martus’s smart thinking and planning, he was able to switch over to a different hosting system, allowing for the site’s power to be increased to withstand the large amount of use during Kickoff. This let ChiefDelphi stay online throughout the whole day, without unexpectedly going down.
On behalf of the entire ChiefDelphi community, we cannot thank Brandon enough, and don’t show enough just how much we appreciate all he does. The FIRST community would certainly not be the same without this site, with everybody helping out one another in a sort of international collaboration.
