? about regionals

do regionals change location every 2 years? Just thought I had heard something about that - anyone know? thanks

No, Generally speaking a regional stays at its location as long as possible, the NJ Regional (formerly The J&J Mid-Atlantic Regional) was held at the Rutgers College Ave Gym from 1997 until 2002 and then in 2003 it moved to the bigger Rutgers Athletic Center (The RAC) then this year we moved it to The Larger Soverign Bank Arena, as the Regional Grows it becomes Nescicary to move to bigger Venues it could be 2 years or it could be 7 years . Hope that answers your question

awesome - works perfectly fine - guess the Peachtree Regional is moving out of the complex and into its arena!!! ( oh how I hope )

The first year they had the peachtree regional they said it would be moving to the arena that the Georgia Force played in two or three yrs…i can’t remember…

Two years staying at one venue is a pretty short time, but since that arena is using the same parking lot because they are so close (the current location and the new arena) it makes it very easy to move.

It really depends on the people that run the regional, as well as the people who let us hold the regional at the location.
Usually they stay at the same place, but sometimes they have to switch. It all depends.
