Well, Andymark is out of stock on Fuel Cells… Guess they didn’t want to be stuck like they were in 2017. Anybody have a replacement source?
I guess you mean Power Cells, since AndyMark has Fuel in stock
The manual states that Power Cells are equivalent to Flaghouse item P/N 1892 in yellow, so I guess you can find vendors for it online - i.e. Flaghouse themselves

These are the specific balls listed in the manual, just all yellow and with the FIRST logo on them.

I have yet to find an alternative source, but please make sure that you’re buying an exact replacement for the fuel cells if you go away from the official game piece. At Capital Ri3D we purchased some replacement balls off of Amazon and even though to a casual observer they were identical, upon closer inspection they were a little harder and a little more slippery, which caused them to behave very differently in our shooter and intake. Because we were building a concept robot which was not going to compete we just rolled with the alternate balls, but we would not use those with our respective teams.
It’s very unfortunate that the game piece is out of stock, considering how unique they are and hard it is to quickly manipulate several of them, which I suspect is going to be a fairly common design criteria. Hopefully they come back in stock soon!
