I suspect you will not find the required Z87 sticker on your bucket. But an A for effort.

Our team frequents Northern Tool a fair bit, as they were walking distance from their old facility. So we have a few of their 5-gallon buckets, each labeled (in letters too large and branded to be put there by a lawyer) “Not to be used as a hard hat.”
So yeah, I doubt it’s safety rated.
I would love to see the synopsis of the law suite that led to that.
My only concern is the fogging up of the safety bucket upon heavy breathing.
