I prefer closed. Could we have a special section of CD just for Closed Letters? And only Closed Letters can allow other Letters in if they are sufficiently closed?

B, D, and O are the closed letters.
C, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z are the open letters.
A, P, Q, R are a little bit of both.
