Our team is planning to use a single stage Climber In a Box from Andymark. To assist with design, I’ve created (imported) the Climber in a Box and made it adjustable.

Thanks for posting this, ours only has the 2-stage option right now. BTW, looks like the mate between the inner and outer tube will need to be updated so that the bottom of the inner tube mates to the top of the outer tube in some way. That will make your math consistent and prevent things like this.

Thank you for the feedback. I originally used your 2 stage climber, and this project was to make our CAD a bit more realistic (and to ensure our construction’s soundness). Now that I think about it, it’s rather unnecessary to adjust each tube length individually. The current version now uses a single variable to adjust both tubes.
