@NathanNFM When does AndyMark expect to be shipping game piece pre-orders? We pre-ordered Sept 26th.
Thanks!
@NathanNFM When does AndyMark expect to be shipping game piece pre-orders? We pre-ordered Sept 26th.
Thanks!
We got a shipping notice for ours today.
As a kickoff organizer, please no. I have enough fun handling & storing the game piece pallets without adding field elements to the mix.
The solution is field elements I can build from black iron pipe and cots fittings, not making hundreds of funky shapes that’ll get thrown away at the end of the season.
@Michael_Corsetto I got a shipment notification today too
Our order arrived today and also ordered on Sept 26th.
We received all “straight-line” style algae in our order.
I guess this is the lesser of two evils, at least with fields you can go to other people’s shops and stuff to practice. Not the worst thing in the world.
That’s odd, your order already left Chicago on it’s way to you, should be there Friday. I’ll send you the tracking, and have our IT guys look into why the notification didn’t go out…
The best kind of surprise! Thanks for the quick response, I really appreciated the preorder process from AndyMark this year! I hope it continues to be explored/expanded as is possible.

Just a few quick new parts:
We have had a few questions about how to extend an AndyMark perimeter to accommodate the PROCESSOR this year. We are now selling 6ft lengths of top and bottom extrusion for the official AndyMark field. We don’t have specific designs for how to use this to build a PROCESSOR, but you can reference the official field drawings as a starting point to building your own.
If you saw Team Update 2 You will notice a significant change to the way ALGAE are measured. We are evaluating this new tool and plan to sell a version of it, but do not have more details to share at this time. Put your email in for the old version to be notified when we have more information to share if you are interested in buying a new one. We will follow up with teams who already purchased the original when we have more information.
The website hasn’t been updated with a new picture of the new jig.
Also, will a CAD be available for teams to create their own jig?
See above:
The official FIRST drawings and CAD for the new jig are linked in Team Update 2 (https://firstfrc.blob.core.windows.net/frc2025/FieldAssets/2025FieldDrawings-AlgaeInflationJig.pdf and https://firstfrc.blob.core.windows.net/frc2025/FieldAssets/2025AlgaeInflationJig-CAD.zip)
Nice. We’re just going with 1.75" tube lined with 1.5" tube so the 1" schedule 40 pins fit. Have to modify it slightly from the FIRST field spec because the center to center measurement of the pins is slightly different.
The processor is very weirdly designed. I suspect that in the original field layout it was next to driver’s station 3 and there was only one coral loading station per side. That’s the only way I can explain the driver’s station end to field border pin connection on it.
If we got the field perimeter material, does one side also come with the post/peg so that it slides into other wall segments, or do we have to find/fab that?
The “Top” and “Bottom” extrusions are just raw sections of extrusion. The connecting pins are made out of 1" Sch 40 aluminum pipe. The 1-1/4" pipe also available on that page will fit over the 1" pipe if you need that. 1-1/4" is also the same size as Reef Scoring Pipe material (but those are steel on the real field) if you need some of that.
