There has been a lot of talk about missed calls lately without too many suggestions to help fix the issue. I was watching some quals matches when I noticed a possible gap where referees could miss calls, which is in the time it takes to look down at their referee stand and insert the previous call. (Probably not that big of an issue) What if we had a ‘referee buddy’ for each referee that watches their flags and inputs the calls for them? Thoughts? Any other ideas to help solve the issue?
