Anyone Have Any Idea What This Is?

We were plugging in a Ethernet into a PoE and this weird thing fell out. We have no idea where it came from and we don’t see it in any other PoE’s.
Any help will be appreciated!

Kind of looks like one of the contacts from the Ethernet connector fell out.

It looks like an inverted Space Invaders ship. (But I think @ThorH is right.)
