We’ve connected the camera and the Raspberry Pi to the robot, we are using photonvision and it works but only to detect the april tags in 2D form, we’ve tried calibrating the camera with https://www.calibdb.net/ and with the calibrator from photonvision to get the 3D working and yet it doesn’t work neither on the photonvision dashboard and on the robot dashboard.
What are we doing wrong?
Can you send some screenshots of where you are seeing the problem?
Remember you have to use the resolution of the calibration you did.

What resolution did you calibrate at? Did you set your pipeline to the same resolution?
If you only calibrated at 720p, you can only use 3D mode with the 720p resolution options.
we calibrated the camera with the same resolution and it worked, thanks a lot!
