I was taking a look at the rules since we are mid bumper assembly. We really wanted to do black numbers with a white outline which used to be legal in the past, however I was taking a look at the rules today and now it says that must “consist of only white Arabic numerals”, does this mean that doing outlined numbers are illegal now or am I missing something?
