Are outreach activities count without documentation?

our team did about 28 outreach activities but only 17 of them are documented. what to do? do i count them in the essay but not in the documentation form? if so, will it cause problems?

  • Please note that teams are encouraged to provide documentation during the interview to the Judges using the Chairman’s Documentation Form (editable word doc here). Note that this is not a required form (i.e. you can still be eligible without this form) but providing it shows the Judges that your activities are well planned and documented.

This is also new to the judges. IMHO I would include everything the team has done. I would want to hear it. Be prepared to be questioned about it. The purpose is to help qualify the data for the judges.

thank you!
and another question: when we need to write about the last 5 years, it means that we need from 2016 until today?

Again my opinion. We do not have additional info Yes. 5 years. It’s why you have done recently that counts the most. Remember team turns over completely every 4 years. Recently is the key
