Are there any rules on using LEDs to help line up your robot?

I saw a lot of them in last year’s game and I was wondering if there were any official regulations I could look at.

They count as Custom Circuits, so you’ll want to look up those rules.

Also, please please please read R8, Blue Box bullet m. Do NOT blind other drivers, field staff, or yourselves if you can possibly avoid it. Make sure you can turn it off (and on) when you need to.

In general, and correct me if I’m wrong, you can use them for the amount of time it takes to align ( should be under 5 sec if your system is good) and then turn them off.
