Articulation on the Bar

My team wants to begin articulating on the bar in endgame. We have a basic climbing system that uses pneumatics to climb, but it can only reach the bar when it is level and cannot lift itself off the ground unless the bar is level or we are on the high end. Something that would help solve this problem is articulating on the bar. Any ideas?

Why can’t your robot climb if the bar is not level?

There are a few different robots that instead of a hook have wheels that drive along the bar.

if you are by yourself, hang at the center of the bar. If you are with another team, hang near the center, and the other team hang further from the center.

But I might have misunderstood the situation.
