Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to share a potential opportunity with all of you. ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) runs many competitions each year for undergraduate students. This year I participated in the Student Design Competition. It has a very generic name, but similar to FIRST programs the challenge changes every year. This year was to build a water-propelled vehicle that transports water. The goal is to transport as much water as possible in the allotted 15 minutes. You can read the official game rules here: Rules
With Q&A updates here: Updates
I will say that it is not run as perfectly as FIRST runs their programs but I still had a blast. If you would like you can watch my team’s season recap/robot reveal video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPQxkjjgw9c
