After asking in the forum, I was adviced to use a window motor. Now the problem is that I cant connect the adapter to it, it fits, but it does not stay there. The collar will not fit around it. Ill put a picture of the window motor and the adapter bellow.
You have the wrong collar then.
Team 2333 used 2 different window motors last year and the collars are not universal. Look around to find a different one or find another window motor that works with your collars. Then it should all work fine.
If I understand the problem correctly, the adapter does fit, but it’s falling off.
This is the normal situation for the adapter. there are many solutions to this, ours is to tap the metal axle in the center of the motor, and screw in a bolt with a washer to keep the adapter in.
it’s a quick and easy solution, but if you overtighten and have the motor running in the direction that will unscrew the bolt, it might be trouble.
LockTite or similar is advised.
We gorilla glued the adapter straight onto the window motor and it worked fine lol
