Did your team ever had a foreign exchange student on the team? If you had, please PM or Email me!
I am looking for all foreign contacts who ever had contact with the FIRST Robotics Competition. So if you have any email addresses, phone numbers or other ways I could get a hold of them, please let me know!
If you’re wondering why we’re looking for foreign exchange students:
I support Christoph’s effort to bring FIRST to Europe and organize a Regional their and get Schools, Sponsors, Mentors, etc. involved. In order to start teams we need to spread the word, and who would be better then people that already experienced the spirit of FIRST and now are back in Europe?
So please, if you know about any foreign exchange students (especially european fe’s) then e-mail me or christoph. All we need is an e-mail adress or something we can contact the person with.
Team 1108 has a foreign exchange student from Germany this year. She goes back to Germany this summer. I’ll ask her sometime this week for her e-mail address to give you.
We have a foreign exchange student named Max from southern Germany (Offenburg, I believe) on our team this year. We had another exchange student from the same high school (Schiller (sp?) Gymansium) a few years back as well.
We have had several foreign exchange students from russia, germany, hungary and other parts of europe partcipate on our team, unforenatly we don’t have any of their email addresses at the current time. I will send them along if we come across any of them.

We met them at Peachtree.
They are well organized and might like to join this type of effort.
