Can you score cargo during the sandstorm and get points and the after its falls you score them again and get points?
From what I can tell you lose the points for just the ball but still keep the bonuses so if it does fall out then you can reattain those points
The sandstorm bonuses refer to getting off the hab platform during the sandstorm. I don’t think there are any bonuses for placing panels or cargo during the sandstorm.
