What is the base size of your robots from wheel to wheel

To clarify: do you want wheelbase (distance between front and rear wheel axles), track width (distance between left and right wheels), or both?

Hey neighbors, pleased to see a new team coming out of 1619 territory!

1339’s frame is 32" long, 25" wide this year, with a wheelbase length of 25.5". I’m not sure if that’s what you are asking for but I hope it helps some. Basically we are longer and narrower than usual for us.

I thought this poll would work well for this, but unfortunately you can only have a minimum spacing of 1… so I’ve modified it slightly.

Divide the length of your robot by its width, then multiply by 10. Round to the nearest value and answer in the poll here.

For example, if your bot is 30" long and 30" wide, you would put 10 for this poll ((30/30)*10=10).

Another example, if your bot is 32" x 24", you would choose a 13 ((32/24)*10=13.3…)

This will give 10 X the average aspect ratio of robots, which may be interesting data.
