Axis errors

I am trying to add the axis ports to the device manger client, and they are not all pulling up after I configured them. I even tried resetting few ports to factory and yet they do not even show up under devices!
what am I missing??

You’re missing the NOTE at the top of your post that says this is for support with the CD forum software.

It’s hard to know, but here are some things I’d suggest:

  1. Go to AXIS Device Manager | Axis Communications, look for the download link on this page (green button/box), then download and install to be sure you have the latest version;

  2. Upgrade the camera firmware, if needed (see Axis Communications - video player);

  3. Try disabling any firewall (bringing up the driver station should show if anything is enabled);

  4. Reboot computer and power cycle camera.

If none of that helps, posting more about how the camera is connected and maybe a screen shot showing what you are trying to do, and what you are seeing when you try, might help.
