Bad serial numbers from FIRSTbase - help?

Our team (NRG 948, Bellevue WA) has been doing CAD training using Autodesk Inventor downloaded from the Autodesk FIRSTbase site. However, none of us have been able to successfully register the software using the serial numbers they gave us; it says they are not valid for use in the United States. I phoned the number in the registration-failed email, played phone tag through three different numbers, and finally got someone who was aware of the problem. He told me to email "" and they’d give me a new serial number.

I emailed them, and emailed them again a week later, but I haven’t received any response. It’s been over three weeks now, and the 30-day free trial is about to expire. I still don’t have a valid serial number to register, and neither do any of the team members I’ve asked.

Has anyone on Delphi had this problem and gotten a response? Or, anyone know a better contact?
