I can’t find the reference for the screws for ball shifter, there is absolutely no reference here…

Which screws are you looking for? The assembly manual for the ball shifter has the callouts for the ones listed in the ball shifter pneumatic kit.
Looks like the following:
4-40 x 5/16 socket heads (fastens piston coupler)
6-32 x 1/4" button heads (mounts pancake cylinder)
8-32 x 1/2" button heads (mounts bracket to standoffs and standoffs to housing)
