Basics of vision processing

We are pretty new at FRC in general, and are having trouble setting up vision processing for a USB camera. Any tips would be helpful.

If you’re trying to do apriltag detection, we use Photonvision which runs on a co-processor (like a raspberry/orange pi or a beelink), I would suggest you read through their docs, they have plenty of example code and things if you go that route. Theres also plenty of other threads here on CD about apriltags and vision if you search around a bit. If you don’t have a co-processor, you can run vision on the roborio, but its very slow and pretty uncommon.
