Beacon? why?

Ok i have a question. . . they mentioned that we get new easy to use beacons . . . but aren’t we all on the same team?!?!?! Will the beacon be coordinated to your color ball . . maybe? Just had to ask it was bothering me

There are 4 covers, one for each color (red, yellow, green, & blue). :wink:

I wasnt sure either, they only showed red & blue during the kickoff. I had to go and check the kit list. :wink:

bonus points wise it doesn’t matter… it’ll be an issue of “is that robot on? have they hit their stop button yet?” remember, we’ll still be able to get the time multiplier in finals so its an integral element and which is why we’ll still have separate color lights in finals…

May be it’s so other members on your team can tell when you disable your robot(hit the stop button). If everyone’s light is off except for yours, then it’s a hint that you should hit your stop button because the others want to stop the time…maybe?
