Bearing keeps piping out of gear cartridges

The gear cartridge in the picture has two bearing that are in them when trying to put these on the column these bearings keep coming out.

These are swerve x flipped modules here’s a link to the page of the picture

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Are they new gears/bearings? Can you measure the hole and bearing with calipers?

These are designed as a slip fit and are geometrically held in place when the module is assembled. If you want to keep them in place during assembly you can use loctite 603/638/648.

*Could also use super glue if you really wanted to as well.

By new if you mean not the ones it came with the no this is our first time ever having these

It’s not letting it sit flush with the other stuff and allowing movement even when fully assembled that’s my main concern because with the other two we have built right now it was a easy slip on fit and doesn’t move now

I’m not following, here is a section view of the assembly:

Red → Snap ring if you want to retain it together so it doesn’t move
Orange → Spacer included so its flush against the bearing
Green → Built in spacer
Blue → Gear Cartridge built in spacer

In this configuration the bearings have no where to go. Do you have pictures or more information? Also if you email [email protected], one of the application engineers can verify all the information and walk you through it.
