Because spacers aren’t a thing

We use what we’ve decided to call “cheerios” a lot. Basically we cut 38249034 hex spacers (or 10-32 spacers) out of 1/8" plywood on the laser cutter and stack them up to the desired height. It’s been working great in non-load applications. We used them to space wheels apart on our intake in the past.

Spacers? What are those? We just use washers like everyone else. See, even team 2996 uses washers. Just call those spacers.

No but in all realness, we use thin wall pvc pipe. Especially easy for non load bearing spacing.
